1992年4月,天津市卫生局召开了“1992年卫生系统物价工作会议”。郭亮副局长在会上作了重要讲话,韩淑荣处长安排了1992年物价工作要点。重点是抓好以下几项工作:1.转变观念、转变职能,拓宽价格改革思路,加大改革力度。2.适当调整不合理价格,搞好测算工作,按市统一安排组织好出台。3.认真做好物价基础工作,提高工作质量。4.深入基层,服务基层,调动两个积极性,开创物价工作新局
In April 1992, the Tianjin Municipal Health Bureau held the “1992 Health System Price Work Conference.” Deputy Commissioner Guo Liang made an important speech at the meeting.
