目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、组织因子(TF)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的变化。方法选择COPD患者135例,其中缓解期53例,急性加重期82例,根据肺功能分级将患者分为Ⅰ级22例、Ⅱ级27例和Ⅲ级33例。观察不同分期和不同肺功能分级COPD患者血清MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1水平变化。结果急性加重期和缓解期COPD患者的MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1水平明显高于对照组,而急性加重期患者的升高水平明显高于缓解期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性加重期COPD患者中,随着肺功能分级升高,患者的MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1水平相应升高。结论 MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1在COPD的发生发展中起到重要作用,检测其水平对于COPD的防治具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the changes of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), tissue factor (TF) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Methods A total of 135 patients with COPD were selected, of which 53 were in remission and 82 were in acute exacerbation. According to the classification of lung function, the patients were divided into two groups: grade Ⅰ in 22 cases, grade Ⅱ in 27 cases and grade Ⅲ in 33 cases. To observe the changes of serum MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 levels in patients with different stages of COPD and different lung function. Results The levels of MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 in patients with acute exacerbation and remission were significantly higher than those in control group, while those in acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in remission (P <0.05). Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, with the lung function grading, patients with a corresponding increase in the level of MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1. Conclusion MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 play an important role in the development of COPD. To detect the levels of MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of COPD.
