无形的比有形的重要,软件比硬件重要,这就是经济时代的特征。很多企业在竞争中从根本做起,加大对企业文化的建设。对于锦州公交公司而言,企业文化是一种精神的凝聚,是一种保障性的宣言。在企业文化的感召下,公交公司的员工具备了高度的责任感和统一性,具备了较强的执行力,这样就保障了公交公司的高速、高效运转。本文通过探究锦州公交公司目前企业文化建设中存在的问题,为公司企业文化的建设提出了宝贵的解决方法。

Many companies have started from the fundamentals in the competition and increased the construction of corporate culture. For Jinzhou Bus Company, corporate culture is a spiritual cohesion and a guarantee of a declaration of security. Under the influence of corporate culture, the employees of the bus company have a high degree of responsibility and unity, and have a strong execution force, thus ensuring the high-speed and efficient operation of the bus company. This article explores the problems existing in the current corporate culture construction of Jinzhou Bus Company and proposes valuable solutions for the construction of corporate culture.
