以ZL101A合金为主体材料,Si和Mg作为主要添加元素,制备了汽车用新型铝合金材料。研究了热处理工艺对汽车用铝合金材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:545℃固溶处理10 h后,再在135℃时效处理5 h的铝合金能够达到最佳性能,抗拉强度为324.26 MPa、硬度值为98.26 HRB、伸长率为14.47%。在固溶和时效处理过程中,铝合金偏析变得均匀,S相和θ相数量得到增加,有利于铝合金力学性能的提高。
ZL101A alloy as the main material, Si and Mg as the main additive elements, the preparation of a new automotive aluminum alloy material. The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of automotive aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the best performance of aluminum alloy aged at 135 ℃ for 5 h is obtained after the solution treatment at 545 ℃ for 10 h, the tensile strength is 324.26 MPa, the hardness is 98.26 HRB and the elongation is 14.47%. In solution and aging treatment, segregation of aluminum alloy becomes homogeneous, the number of S phase and θ phase increases, which is in favor of the improvement of mechanical properties of aluminum alloy.
