随着人们消费观念的更新,文化消费已逐渐成为人民群众追求幸福生活的新标志。当前,进一步扩大陕西文化消费是建设“文化强省”的迫切需要,是陕西扩大内需的必然要求,也是幸福三秦百姓的根本途径。目前,陕西城乡文化消费水平较低,文化产业实力弱,公共文化服务投入不足。为此,要解放思想、开拓创新,营造良好的文化消费氛围;加大投入,夯实基础,不断完善公共文化服务体系;培育新型文化业态,推动文化消费升级;打造陕西文化品牌,增加文化消费节点;突出重点,突破难点,着力开拓农村文化消费市场。
With the renewal of people’s consumption concept, cultural consumption has gradually become a new symbol of the people’s pursuit of a happy life. At present, further expansion of Shaanxi’s cultural consumption is an urgent need to build a “strong province of culture,” an inevitable requirement for expanding domestic demand in Shaanxi and a fundamental way for the happiness of the people of Sanqin. At present, the urban and rural areas in Shaanxi have a relatively low level of cultural consumption, weak cultural industries and insufficient input in public cultural services.
