目的:针对现有工程机械车辆信息化程度不高的现状,探讨工程机械智能化作业的可能。方法:采用文献法、实地访谈等研究方法,对作业场景进行深入研究。结果:以挖掘机、推土机和装载机为代表工程机械车辆基本没有实现信息化,同时工程机械车辆之间的信息交流基本为零,作业流程中缺乏信息管理控制,成为工作效率提高的瓶颈。结论:以平地机概念设计为例,设计一套基于物联网的智能控制平台,即协同作业控制系统,通过信息化智能化控制,实现机械之间的协同作业,有助于提高机械作业的精度和效率。
Objective: In view of the current situation that the existing construction machinery vehicles are not informatized, the possibility of intelligent operation of construction machinery is discussed. Methods: Using literature, field interviews and other research methods, the work scene to conduct in-depth study. Results: Excavators, bulldozers and loaders represented no informationization of construction machinery vehicles. At the same time, the information exchange between construction machinery vehicles was basically zero. The lack of information management control in the operation flow has become the bottleneck of improving work efficiency. Conclusion: Taking the concept design of motor grader as an example, a set of intelligent control platform based on Internet of things is designed, that is, a coordinated operation control system. Through information intelligent control, collaborative operation between machines is realized, which helps to improve the precision of mechanical operation And efficiency.
