我院自1980年9月至1994年11月使用日本Olympus纤维结肠镜,检出大肠癌患者178例,其中60岁以上老人52例,占同期大肠癌检出率的29.2%.现结合文献对老年大肠癌作一分析.
In our hospital from September 1980 to November 1994, Olympus fiber colonoscopy was used in Japan. 178 patients with colorectal cancer were detected, including 52 patients over the age of 60, accounting for 29.2% of the detection rate of colorectal cancer in the same period.
