教师职业从经验化、随意化到专业化,经历了一个发展的过程。从20世纪60年代中期开始,许多国家对教师“量”的急需逐渐被提高教师“质”的需求所代替,对教师素质的关注达到了前所未有的程度[1]。信息化水平的不断提高,知识更新速度的加快,信息技术教育的地位日渐凸显。信息技术教师作为信息技术课的任课教师,作为教育信息化建设的骨干力量,作为信息技术教育的实践者和培养学生信息素养的指导者,应该具有更强的专业性。因此探讨信息技术教师专业发展这一问题具有一定的理论价值和现实意义[2]。
Teachers experience from experience, casual to professional, has undergone a process of development. Since the mid-1960s, many countries have gradually replaced the urgent need of teachers with “quality” teachers, and their attention to the quality of teachers has reached an unprecedented level [1]. The continuous improvement of the level of information, knowledge update speed, the status of information technology education has become increasingly prominent. Information technology teachers as information technology teachers, as the backbone of education information technology, as a practitioner of information technology education and training of students information literacy guidance, should have more professionalism. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the issue of professional development of IT teachers [2].
