目的:研究β2-MG在白血病各种体液中的变化。方法:采用放射免疫分析法检测急性白血病患者机体各种体液中β2-微球蛋白水平。结果:发现急性白血病患者血液和尿液中β2-MG明显高于正常水平,并随着治疗好转、缓解或复发恶化而呈现规律性变化;发生中枢神经系统白血病时,其脑脊液中β2-MG亦呈现规律性变化,无论是血液、尿液或脑脊液中β2-MG水平越高其预后越差。结论:从研究结果可见,β2-微球蛋白在白血病患者机体中动态变化与病情预后转归有着密切相关。
Objective: To study the changes of β2-MG in various body fluids of leukemia. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to detect β2-microglobulin levels in body fluids of patients with acute leukemia. RESULTS: It was found that β2-MG in blood and urine of patients with acute leukemia was significantly higher than normal and showed regular changes with improvement, remission, or worsening of treatment. In the case of central nervous system leukemia, β2-MG was also found in cerebrospinal fluid of acute leukemia patients. Show regular changes, whether in the blood, urine, or cerebrospinal fluid, the higher the β2-MG level, the worse the prognosis. Conclusion: It can be seen from the study results that the dynamic change of β2-microglobulin in the body of leukemia patients is closely related to the prognosis of the disease.
