利用放射性(14CO2)示踪技术对两系亚种间杂交稻光合产物分配与籽粒充实度的关系进行了研究。结果表明,齐穗后30d测定,2892S/Msinchu53(F1)14C光合产物向籽粒运转分配的比率较亲本Msinchu53(♂)低1199%;滞留于茎鞘、叶和枝梗的比率较亲本高4倍左右,是该杂交组合籽粒充实度差的原因之一。库源比高结实率低,源的供应不足,是该杂交组合籽粒充实度差的另一原因。在源库之间物质运转效率不高,库源流不协调,库容量未能及时得到满足,影响籽粒干物质积累,也是该杂交组合籽粒充实度差的原因。2892S/花广549(F1)、2892S/1611(F1)与各自亲本花广549(♂)、1611(♂)相比,14C光合产物向籽粒运转分配的比率较高,库源流协调性好,籽粒较充实,空秕率较低。
The relationship between the distribution of photosynthate and grain filling degree of two-line intersubspecific hybrid rice was studied by radioactive (14CO2) tracing technique.
