本文在分析职业院校涉农专业学生创业特点与优势的基础上,论述了创业能力培养途径:调整职业培养方式,提高涉农专业学生的创业能力;激发创业欲望,规划创业梦想,培养良好心理素质,在继承与创新中发展创业事业。
Based on the analysis of entrepreneurial characteristics and advantages of students majoring in agriculture in vocational colleges, this paper discusses the ways of cultivating entrepreneurship ability: adjusting the way of vocational training, improving the entrepreneurial ability of agriculture-related majors; stimulating entrepreneurial desires, planning dreams of entrepreneurship and cultivating good psychology Quality, development and entrepreneurship in the inheritance and innovation.
