本研究从矿石性质出发，通过实验室研究，制订了梨树低品位硅灰石矿的浮选工艺，即先浮选方解石而后酸性介质中脱硅。该工艺流程合理，所用药剂来源广，价格便宜。采用该工艺所获得的方解石精矿和硅灰石精矿，其指标均达到了国家“八五”攻关的要求。
In this study, starting from the nature of the ore, through the laboratory study, developed a low-grade pear wollastonite flotation process, namely the first flotation calcite and then desilicate in acidic medium. The process is reasonable, the source of widely used drugs, the price is cheap. The calcite concentrate and wollastonite concentrate obtained by this process have met the requirements of the national “Eighth Five-Year Plan” for key indicators.
