Expounds the meaning of effective competition in the market. On the basis of analyzing the factors that impede the effective competition mechanism in China’s telecom market, this paper puts forward the approach of establishing effective competition mechanism and discusses the evaluation method of market competition effectiveness of telecom enterprises.
