最近国家科委颁发了《科学技术期刊管理办法》(简称“办法”),全文刊登在1991年6月7日的《新闻出版报》和《科技日报》上。本办法共六章三十二条,明确指出科学技术期刊出版工作是国家科学技术工作和出版工作的重要组成部分。其主要任务是宣传党和国家的科技方针、政策和科技法律、法规,公布新的科技成就,传播科技信息、交流学术思想,促进科技成果商品化、产业化,为建设社会主义精神文化与物质文明服务。科学技术期刊出版工作必须贯彻
