HYQ—03型光学平直仪一般只能测量6M以下短导轨的不直度。用本文介绍的方法可用这种仪器测量12M导轨的不直度。仪器说明书中介绍的方法是仪器本体在测量过程中固定不动,平面反射镜相对于仪器本体在导轨上依次移动来确定导轨的不直度。根据公式S=Ftg2α,当物镜不动,反射镜相对于光轴转动时,可由测得的象位移S求平面反射镜转角α。与此相反,当平面反射镜不动,物镜相对于平面反射镜移动时,可求得物镜主光轴的角位移α。这是用HYQ—03型光学平直仪测量超长导轨以确定基准光轴变化的方法。二者结合起来,可完成超长导轨不直度的测量工作。
HYQ-03-type optical collimator generally only measure the following short 6M not straightness. The method described in this article can be used to measure the instrument 12M rail straightness.
