随着硬质合金材料用于制造精密齿轮刀具的发展,对铲磨齿形用的金刚石磨轮的截形精度的要求也越来越高,对截面形状的要求越来越复杂。由于金刚石本身是一种非常贵重的磨料,我们应尽可能使它在磨削过程中得到充分利用,减少损耗,因此要求我们在生产中探求制造精密截形金刚石磨轮的新方法。所谓“压砂法”就是通过挤压力将金刚石磨料牢固而均匀地镶嵌在磨轮的基体上,保持其精确的截形,并具有良好的磨削性能。“压砂法”制造金刚石磨轮具有工艺简单、容易掌握、磨轮成形性好、截形精度稳定、磨削效率高、磨轮不需修整以及金刚石磨料利用率高等优点。此工艺适用于磨削各种硬质合金刀具或模具。
With the development of cemented carbide materials used in the manufacture of precision gear cutting tools, the requirements on the cutting accuracy of the diamond grinding wheel used for grinding tooth profile are also getting higher and higher, and the requirements on the sectional shape are more and more complicated. Since diamond itself is a very expensive abrasive, we should try our best to make full use of it in the grinding process to reduce the loss. Therefore, we are required to find a new method of manufacturing precision-cut diamond grinding wheel in production. The so-called “sand method” is by pressing the diamond abrasive firmly and evenly embedded in the substrate of the grinding wheel to maintain its precise cross-section, and has good grinding performance. “Sand Compaction” manufacturing diamond grinding wheel has the advantages of simple process, easy to grasp, good wheel formability, stable truncation precision, high grinding efficiency, no need of dressing of grinding wheel and high utilization rate of diamond abrasive. This technology is suitable for grinding all kinds of carbide cutting tools or molds.
