本文对10例埋植左旋18—甲基炔诺酮(LNG)埋植剂(Norplant)的志愿者作了药代动力学研究。观察到埋药后3天血药浓度达到峰值(平均2.94ng/ml)。埋植后24小时血药浓度上升到1.75ng/ml,1年内平均血药浓度为0.92ng/ml。 埋植者体内释放的LNG速率1年内平均96μg/24小时,1年后趋于稳定LNG以零级释放率释放(49μg/24小时)。
In this paper, pharmacokinetic studies were performed in 10 volunteers who were implanted with Norplant. The peak plasma concentration was observed 3 days after embedding (mean 2.94 ng / ml). Blood concentration rose to 1.75ng / ml 24 hours after implantation, the average plasma concentration within 1 year was 0.92ng / ml. The rate of LNG released from implants was 96 μg / 24 h on average in 1 year and stabilized after 1 year. The LNG released at zero release (49 μg / 24 h).
