在高职汽修专业实行新师徒制,是适应国家要求而提出的新型职业教育模式。但是在高职学校中,学生固有的学习态度和观念还没有改变。在课堂上厌学、玩游戏等现象屡见不鲜,教育秩序的缺失极大地降低了教学效果。从学生管理和学风建设两方面进行思考,从建立教学秩序的角度来思考新师徒制发展的思路,有着实际的意义。
In vocational training auto repair new mentoring system, is to adapt to the requirements of the country put forward a new type of vocational education.
