流行病学调查表明,柑橘类具有防癌和预防循环系统疾病的作用。本次对日本产温州蜜橘的保健作用进行了研究。 以3400名消费者为对象,通过问卷方式对摄取蜜橘与健康情况进行了调查。蜜橘的摄取分为4级,以不同的摄入量计算糖尿病、肥胖、心脏病、高脂血症等生活习惯病的发病率。计算结果经Fisher方法进行分析。 结果:有效答卷共2 342份,在食用蜜橘的季节(10月至翌年2月),每天吃4个以上者糖尿病、心脏病、痛风的患病率明显降低。另外,肥胖、高脂血症的患病率与蜜橘的摄入量没有相关性。
Epidemiological studies have shown that citrus can prevent cancer and prevent circulatory diseases. This study conducted a study on the health effects of Japanese orange tangerine. To 3400 consumers as the object, by questionnaire on the intake of tangerine and health were investigated. Oranges intake is divided into four levels, with different intake of diabetes, obesity, heart disease, hyperlipidemia and other lifestyle-related diseases incidence. Calculation results were analyzed by Fisher method. RESULTS: A total of 2 342 valid questionnaires were available. In the season of consuming tangerine (October to February of the following year), the prevalence of diabetes, heart disease and gout was significantly reduced when more than 4 people ate more than 4 meals a day. In addition, the prevalence of obesity and hyperlipidemia was not related to the intake of tangerine.
