中医医院建院时间并不长,基础差、底子不厚。若要在行业竞争中站稳脚跟,面临着沉重的压力。为持续生存,中医医院可能会盲目跟风。将西医院作为竞争对手,从环境、设备方面进行媲美,而忽略了中医特色的独特优势。久而久之,中医药治疗率显著下降,诊疗方法日益西化。中医临床阵地明显减少,疗效不佳,最终的结果只能是得不偿失,失去了应有的市场份额。严重时,还可能濒临倒闭。究其原因:中医医院没有实施全面、专业化管理,既有的管理模式、规范制度落后于西医医院。该类问题的存在,对中医药行业有很大的阻碍作用,甚至左右了社会对整个中医药行业的印象和看法。文章结合中医院如今的发展概况,剖析了其管理方面出现的问题,进而提出相应的解决方案。
