据调查,我国青少年性成熟比五六十年代出现了提前的倾向。性成熟的前倾带来了性心理的提前出现。认知心理学认为,性的信息大量增加, 人们的性观念发生很大变化,这一切,频繁刺激少女们的大脑和生殖腺体,提早催开了性生理的芽蕾,也必然催动了性心理的发展。然而,社会生产力的发展,社会生活的日趋复杂又造成了少女社会心理成熟的推迟。她们在社会心理不成熟的情况下,对生理的发育以及由于生理的发育而萌发的性心理,缺乏科学的理解,很容易陷入盲目性。
