当前,我国市场经济体制不断完善,经济建设速度逐步加快,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈。要想在白热化的竞争中获得优势,企业需要重视相关人才的培养和引进。许多企业开始寻求一条新型人才引进道路,与中职学校建立了合作关系,采用校企合作模式,引进高端营销人才。本文选取汽车营销教学改革作为探究切入点。首先对开展校企合作模式汽车营销教学改革的必要性进行阐述,接着简述当前校企合作模式下中职汽车营销教学中存在的问题,最后有针对性地提出几点策略。
At present, China’s market economic system has been continuously improved, the pace of economic construction has been gradually accelerated, and the competition among enterprises has also become increasingly fierce. To gain the advantage in the intense competition, enterprises need to attach importance to the cultivation and introduction of relevant personnel. Many enterprises began to seek a new type of talent introduction road, and secondary vocational schools to establish a cooperative relationship, the use of school-enterprise cooperation model, the introduction of high-end marketing talent. This article selects the auto marketing teaching reform as a starting point for inquiry. Firstly, it expounds the necessity of carrying out the teaching reform of automobile marketing in the mode of school-enterprise cooperation. Then, it briefly describes the problems in the teaching of medium-level automobile marketing under the current school-enterprise cooperation mode. Finally, it puts forward several strategies in a targeted way.
