以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶、纳米碳酸钙为填料、可膨胀石墨为阻燃剂,制得室温硫化硅橡胶。采用垂直燃烧、氧指数、热分析、拉伸和扫描电镜等手段研究了硅橡胶/可膨胀石墨体系的阻燃、热分解、力学性能,以及燃烧前后的微观形态。研究结果表明,可膨胀石墨是硅橡胶的良好阻燃剂,添加剂的质量分数为10%时,硅橡胶达到UL94 V-0级,氧指数为45,拉伸强度为0.91MPa,断裂伸长率为137.8%,邵尔A硬度为35度。
With α, ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as base glue, nano-calcium carbonate as filler, expandable graphite as flame retardant, RTV silicone rubber was prepared. The flame retardancy, thermal decomposition, mechanical properties and microstructure of the silicone rubber / expandable graphite system were studied by means of vertical combustion, oxygen index, thermal analysis, tensile and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that expansible graphite is a good flame retardant for silicone rubber. When the mass fraction of additives is 10%, the silicone rubber reaches UL94 V-0 level, the oxygen index is 45, the tensile strength is 0.91MPa, the elongation at break 137.8%, Shore A hardness of 35 degrees.
