《证券投资大辞典》是由东北财经大学数十名对证券投资具有专门研究和实践经验的专家学者。在亲临国内外证券市场和直接参与股份制企业改造,以及从事证券投资实践的基础上搜集、翻译、查阅了大量的国内外资料,历时数年,精心编写的大型工具书。东北财经大学投资经济系教授韩双林、马秀岩同志担任该书的主编,全国金融界、投资界十几位很有影响的老一辈专家学者担任了本书的顾问。省、市各级银行的领导同志担任了本书的编委和常务编委。
“Dictionary of Securities Investment” by dozens of Dongbei University of Finance and the securities investment has specialized research and practical experience of experts and scholars. In the domestic and foreign securities markets and directly involved in joint-stock enterprise restructuring, as well as engaged in securities investment practices based on the collection, translation, access to a large number of domestic and foreign information, which lasted several years, well-prepared large-scale reference books. Han Shuanglin and Ma Xiuyan, professors from the Department of Economics and Business Administration of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, acted as editor of the book. A dozen influential senior experts and scholars from the financial industry and the investment community took over the book as consultants. Provincial and municipal leaders at all levels of the bank served as the editorial board and executive editor.
