目的:考察我院各临床科室使用中的消毒液的质量。方法:用现场采样检测法,收集我院11个不同科室正在使用中的9种消毒液共245份,按照《中国药典》2010年版等收录的相关方法测定其有效成分的含量。结果与结论:9种消毒液中,0.02%呋喃西林溶液、2%戊二醛溶液、75%乙醇检测结果均为合格,3%过氧化氢和0.5%醋酸氯己定均不合格,其余消毒液合格率在23%～77%。建议临床科室保存消毒液时应按贮存要求进行保存,宜现配现用,严格按标准规程进行操作,并经常加强监督检测。
Objective: To investigate the quality of disinfectant in clinical departments of our hospital. Methods: By means of on-site sampling and testing, 245 samples of 9 kinds of disinfectants in use in 11 different departments of our hospital were collected. The content of active ingredients was determined according to the related methods such as the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results of 9 kinds of disinfectant solutions were as following: 0.02% nitrofurazone solution, 2% glutaraldehyde solution and 75% ethanol, 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate failed, Pass rate of 23% to 77%. It is recommended that the preservation of disinfectant clinical departments should be stored according to storage requirements should be allocated with current use, strictly in accordance with standard procedures for the operation, and often strengthen supervision and testing.
