目的:探讨预见性护理指引在骨科护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年10月~2015年10月浙江省长兴县人民医院骨科病区收治的1400例患者作为研究对象,将1400例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各700例,对照组采用常规的骨科护理措施,观察组则在常规护理的基础上实施预见性护理指引,以患者满意度及并发症发生率为考察指标,比较两组患者护理效果的差异。结果:经过两种不同方式的护理,观察组患者的护理满意度明显要高于对照组,并发症的发生率也明显低于对照组,两组数据相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将预见性护理指引运用到骨科护理管理中去,不但可以提高护理满意度,有助于建立和谐护患关系,而且能降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the value of predictive nursing guidelines in the management of orthopedic care. Methods: From October 2014 to October 2015, 1,400 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics, People’s Hospital of Changxing County, Zhejiang Province were selected as the research object. One hundred and seventy-four patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 700 cases in each group. . The observation group conducted prospective nursing guidelines on the basis of routine nursing. The patient satisfaction and complication rate were taken as the index to compare the nursing effect between the two groups. Results: After two different ways of nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was also significantly lower than the control group, the two groups of data were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of prospective nursing to orthopedic nursing management can not only improve nursing satisfaction, help to establish harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the therapeutic effect.
