人们用生产率,成本和加工表面质量来评定磨削的效果,而使用在表面活性或化学活性物质中浸透过的砂轮则能从本质上提高磨削的效果。苏联顿涅茨克工艺设计研究所研制出一种供砂轮浸透用的表面活性物质的成分。10M、脲醛树脂(ГОСТ14231—78)和水是其组成的成分。砂轮在处理之前,须先放在50~60℃的烘箱内,然后再全部浸入装满浸泡剂的溶液中;当砂轮中气泡析出停止时,浸透过程完毕。砂轮先在室温下风干,然后再放入110~125℃的烘箱内烘干。
Grinding is evaluated by productivity, cost, and machined surface quality, and the use of grinding wheels impregnated with a surface active or chemically active material can substantially increase the grinding effect. The Donetsk Process Design Institute of the Soviet Union has developed a composition for the surface active substances used in the impregnation of grinding wheels. 10M, urea-formaldehyde resin (ГОСТ14231-78) and water is a component of its composition. Grinding wheel before processing, must be placed in an oven at 50 ~ 60 ℃, and then all immersed in a solution filled with a soaking agent; when the grinding wheel in the bubble deposition stopped, the impregnation process is completed. Drum air-dried at room temperature, and then into the oven at 110 ~ 125 ℃ drying.
