2015年11月4日,水利部党组书记、部长陈雷主持召开干部大会,传达学习贯彻党的十八届五中全会精神。陈雷强调,要更加紧密地团结在以习近平同志为总书记的党中央周围,深入学习贯彻党的十八届五中全会精神,在新的历史起点上奋力推进水利改革发展实现新跨越,为全面建成小康社会、实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标提供更加坚实的水利支撑和保障。
On November 4, 2015, Chen Lei, party secretary and minister of the Ministry of Water Resources, presided over and convened a cadre meeting to convey the spirit of studying and implementing the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
