随着经济全球化的推进以及我国加入WTO,外贸行业对外贸人才的需求也大幅增加,然而目前国内一些高校国贸毕业生在就业中出现了就业难且多数从事非本专业工作的情况,与此并存的却是很多外贸企业招不到所需的人才,因此结合市场需求确定国贸专业人才培养目标、培养模式及培养方案对地方高校来讲至关重要。本文以衡水学院国贸专业为例,对其现行人才培养模式进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的改革建议。
With the promotion of economic globalization and China’s accession to the WTO, the demand for foreign trade professionals in the foreign trade industry has also risen sharply. However, at present, some international trade graduates from colleges and universities find employment difficult and most engage in non-professional work, However, many foreign trade enterprises coexist with the required talents. Therefore, it is of crucial importance to local colleges and universities to determine the target of training international trade professionals according to the market demand. In this paper, the International Trade Hengshui Institute, for example, conducted an in-depth analysis of its current personnel training mode, and put forward the corresponding reform proposals.
