通道是地区经济发展的动脉,欠发达地区之所以贫困落后,主要原因在于交通的通达性差,制约经济要素流动使得资源优势无法转化为经济优势。毕节试验区在国家和区域工业化深度推进中,交通基础设施不断完善。三次产业结构趋于合理,“一、二、三”次产业发展处于低水平均衡状态,主要以欠发达和牺牲资源环境为代价。如何通过借助交通条件改善,加快产业结构调整和转型升级,实现贫困地区脱贫致富与科学发展是毕节当前面临的一项重要课题。文章以毕节试验区的产业发展为例,探究区域脱贫发展与转型跨越,侧重谈地区如何响应通道经济发展提出了相关建议和思考。
Passage is the artery of regional economic development. The reason why poor and poor areas lag behind in less developed areas is mainly due to the poor accessibility of the transportation and restricting the flow of economic elements so that resource advantages can not be transformed into economic advantages. Bijie Experimental Zone In the deepening industrialization of the country and the region, the traffic infrastructure has been continuously improved. Three times the industrial structure tends to be reasonable, “one, two, three ” sub-industry development in a low level of equilibrium, mainly to underdeveloped and sacrificed resources and the environment at the expense. How to get rid of poverty and promote scientific development in poverty-stricken areas is an important issue currently facing Bijie through improvement of traffic conditions, acceleration of industrial restructuring and transformation and upgrading. Taking the industrial development of Bijie pilot zone as an example, this paper explores the development and transformation of regional poverty alleviation, focusing on how the region responds to the economic development of the channel and puts forward some suggestions.
