目前,警察执法滥用公权力,侵犯公民人身自由权的案例时有发生。本文从几个典型案例分析入手,提出警察执法要切实注意不得侵犯公民的人身自由权。
At present, cases of police abuse of public power and infringement of citizens’ personal freedom have occurred from time to time. This article starts with the analysis of several typical cases, and puts forward that the police enforcement should pay attention to the personal right of liberty without infringing citizens.
