“经济中等发达水平”这个概念说明了什么呢?它表明发展中国家在向发达国家过渡这个时期所处的地位。它包含几种特殊因素:1.主要倾向是向发达国家过渡;国民经济发展迅速;2.国内经济发展具有发达国家经济发展的特点,其中一些特点能够起左右作用;3.从整个国家的经济来说,既不能说它是发达国家的经济,也不能说它是发展中国家的经济。
What does the concept of “medium level of economic development” mean? It shows the position of developing countries during this transition to a developed country.
