为了适应外部监管形势需要,中国人民财产保险股份有限公司(以下简称公司)先后设立了九大监察稽核中心,根据公司经营管理要求,监察稽核中心定期或不定期对分支机构进行服务监督。面对新形势、新要求、新任务,监察稽核中心如何与时俱进,更好地发挥服务监督职责,促进公司发展转型,是监察稽核中心面临的新课题,需要在实践中进一步探索。结合近年来工作实践,对更好地发挥监察稽核中心作用提出对策和建议,以促进公司经营发展转型。
In order to meet the needs of the external regulatory situation, PICC Property & Casualty Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has set up nine monitoring and auditing centers. According to the requirements of the company’s operation and management, the monitoring and auditing center regularly or irregularly performs service supervision on branches. Faced with the new situation, new requirements and new tasks, it is necessary to monitor how auditing centers advance with the times, give better play to the responsibility of service supervision and promote the development and transformation of the company. This is a new issue for monitoring and auditing centers and needs to be further explored in practice. Combining with the work practices in recent years, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to better play the role of monitoring and auditing center in order to promote the transformation of the company’s operation and development.
