本文利用有限元ANSYS软件建立大型高炉炉顶封罩模型,对不同温度条件下封罩的极限承载能力进行了数值模拟。结果表明,高温使炉顶封罩的承载力明显降低,温度升至250℃时,封罩的极限承载力降低20.10%,但其结构并不发生强度破坏;模拟结果符合现场实际,为大型高炉生产顺行提供了重要的理论依据。
In this paper, the finite element ANSYS software was used to establish the large-scale blast furnace enclosure model, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the enclosure under different temperature conditions was numerically simulated. The results show that the bearing capacity of the top cover is obviously reduced by high temperature. When the temperature is raised to 250 ℃, the ultimate bearing capacity of the cover is reduced by 20.10%, but the strength of the cover is not damaged. The simulation results are in line with the actual situation, The smooth production provides an important theoretical basis.
