听是日常交际的一种重要手段,同样也是在英语学习中的一条重要途径,里弗斯(Rivers)的研究表明,听占整个言语交际活动总量的45%。由此可见,训练听力有助于提高学生的交际能力新教学目标指出:“听、说、读、写是学习和运用语言必备的四项基本技能,是学生进行交际的重要形式”。超过一半的学生表示,英语听力复杂难懂,存在着不同程度的听力障碍,通过分析,总结出了造成这种现状的原因。
Listening is an important means of daily communication. It is also an important way of learning English. Studies conducted by Rivers show that they account for 45% of the total verbal communication activities. It can be seen from this that training listening helps to improve students’ communicative competence. The new teaching goal states: “Listening, speaking, reading and writing are four basic skills necessary for learning and applying language and are important forms of communication among students.” " . More than half of the students said that English listening comprehension is complicated and difficult to understand, and there are different degrees of hearing impairment. Through analysis, it concludes the reasons for this situation.
