自改革开放后,国内的群众文化事业得到了显著的进步,并在经济发展、社会发展以及文化发展等多个方面起到了重要的作用。对于和谐社会的构建而言,抓紧基层文化的建设以及促进公共文化服务体系的构建属于其内在要求。因此,基层文化的相关部门应抓住这一个机会,加快对文化基础的建设,并对基层群众的文化建设工作进行加强,促进公共文化服务体系的建设。
Since the reform and opening up, the mass cultural undertakings in our country have made remarkable progress and played an important role in many aspects such as economic development, social development and cultural development. For the construction of a harmonious society, to seize the grass-roots culture and to promote the construction of public cultural service system are its inherent requirements. Therefore, the relevant departments of grassroots culture should seize this opportunity to speed up the building of cultural foundation and strengthen the work of grassroots cultural construction and promote the construction of public cultural service system.
