基于在弱酸介质中,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿的反应,建立了动力学分光光度法测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的新方法,方法的检出限为578×10-1gg/ml,测定线性范围为0~0.30μg/15ml,直接用于大米、面粉和自来水中痕量标的测定,均获得满意的结果。
A new method was developed for the determination of trace manganese (Ⅱ) by kinetic spectrophotometry based on the reaction of potassium periodate with bromine cresyl green catalyzed by manganese (Ⅱ) in weak acid medium. The detection limit of the method was 578 × 10 -1gg / ml. The linear range of determination was 0 ~ 0.30μg / 15ml, which was directly used for the determination of trace amounts in rice, flour and tap water. All the results were satisfactory.
