In the last week of January, the international oil price fluctuated dramatically under the influence of OPEC’s uncertain output. The plummeting temperatures in Europe and the United States have supported the oil market. The drop in heating oil stocks prompted the benchmark US crude oil futures to break above US $ 58 a barrel. The rise in the U.S. consumer confidence index marks a sign of economic growth and oil prices have returned to the early-month levels by the end of the month.
