通过CDIO教学模式在“公路工程养护技术”课程中的实践与应用,介绍基于CDIO教学模式条件下课程内容的优化设计、教学组织实施形式等内容,有效地提高了学生的学习兴趣,锻炼了学生职业岗位技能,培养了学生职业行为能力,实现了高职院校公路养护人才培养过程与用人单位对人才需求的对接,达到了高职院校人才培养的目标,满足了公路养护用人单位的初步要求。
