本文应用放射免疫(双抗体)法测定了78例患儿的血清铁蛋白值。伴有贫血的9例上呼吸道感染和20例下呼吸道感染以及6例不伴贫血的呼吸道感染,其中位值不增高,各为62、38.5及59ng/ml。2例缺铁性贫血,其值皆低于10ng/ml,而2例慢性溶血性贫血,其值都升至290和500ng/ml以上。2例急淋在发病时,其值高至440和500ng/ml,3例急淋在部分或完全缓解时,其值有所下降。1例肾母细胞瘤其值增高至300ng/ml。作者认为高值可发生于多种情况,价值受限,而低值只发生在贮铁减少,因此在诊断上有特异性价值。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay (double antibody) method was used to determine the serum ferritin values in 78 children. Nine cases of upper respiratory tract infection with anemia and 20 cases of lower respiratory tract infection with anemia and 6 cases of respiratory infection without anemia were median with no increase of 62, 38.5 and 59 ng / ml, respectively. 2 cases of iron deficiency anemia, the value of less than 10ng / ml, and 2 cases of chronic hemolytic anemia, the value rose to 290 and 500ng / ml above. Two cases of acute showering at onset, its value up to 440 and 500ng / ml, 3 cases of acute lymphrhea partial or complete remission, its value decreased. One case of nephroblastoma increased its value to 300 ng / ml. The authors believe that high values can occur in a variety of circumstances, the value is limited, and the low value occurs only in reducing iron storage, so the diagnosis has specific value.
