“实事求是”不仅是毛泽东思想的精髓、邓小平理论的精华,更是我们各级党的干部看问题、办事情的思维方式和行为方式,是我们党的优良作风的具体体现。越过数千年中国文明,近观我党建设的数十年历史,形式主义、官僚主义、弄虚作假、虚报浮夸的坏风气曾给过我们多么沉痛的教训。历史一次次告诫我们:客观经济规律不能违反,否则就必然要受到惩罚。那一个“虚”字,不是曾让我们惊异地发现了我国与发达国家经济上的巨大差距吗?那股“务虚”的不良作风,不是让我们党深深痛惜党和群众之间的越来越远的距离吗?在满怀激情、迫切地要使我们的祖国更加繁荣富强的今天,让我们抚着“虚”字留下的伤痛,放弃自欺欺人的愚蠢,拿出更多的勇气,实事求是地办好每一件事情。河南省社旗县在公布政绩时就是从一二三这些统计数字入手,挤压“水分”,大胆地告别过去的浮夸作风,在全省引起了很大反响,受到了当地群众的高度赞誉。
