斗转星移,新千年的第一缕阳光已经穿破云层普照大地。站在新世纪的门槛上,人们以一种全新的视野和心态回首过去,面向未来。未来的世界瞬息万变,五彩缤纷:WTO、电子商务、国企改革、高校扩招,令人目不暇接。在这飞旋的新时代中,成人教育如何找准自己的座标和方向,管理培训将面临何种机遇与考验?企业教育改革如何向纵深发展?身处新旧交替时期的成人教育工作者,心头既存惊喜,又有忧思。带着这些共同的问题,记者一行专程赴京,采访了国家教育部、国家经贸委、劳动保障部、中国成协、中国职协等部门的有关领导和专家,请他们从不同角度筹划新千年,展望新世纪。京城虽是瑞雪飘飘,寒气袭人,采访却是如沐春风,暖人心扉。被采访者虽视野不同,见智见仁,却表达着一种共同的信念和信息:成人教育已经融入时代大潮、世界大潮之中,必将在创新中发展,在搏击风浪中展现自己的价值。借助几位长者、学者、领导者睿智的目光,透过纷繁绚丽的时代风云,我们看到了成人教育的无限生机和希望。——采访手记
