技校学生整体素质低下,纪律观念淡薄,本文从实际出发,主要探讨了技校学生干部队伍中存在的问题以及如何加强干部队伍建设。
The overall quality of technical school students is low and the concept of discipline is light. Based on the actual situation, this paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the ranks of cadres at technical schools and how to strengthen the building of cadres.
