随着介入微创技术的迅速发展,影像导引下放射粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤已成为一种新兴的放疗手段,其可根据组织的体积、密度以及邻近重要脏器的解剖关系进行合理布源,达到“定向治疗”,可最大程度杀癌细胞,最小限度损伤正常组织及其功能[1]。现将2004年1月~2006年10月我院采用自制栅格体表定位在普通CT引导下对25例恶性肿瘤患者肿瘤内植入125Ⅰ放射性粒子,操作简单,定位准确,布源合理,疗效显著,现报告如下。
