职业院校承担着为社会各行各业培养大批生产、服务第一线的高素质劳动者和实用人才的重任。本文结合当前职业院校法制教育的实际和社会现实生活,较全面的阐述了职业院校要把学生的思想道德教育和综合素质培养与法制教育相结合的育人观点；学校坚持依法治校、依法施教的重要性；如何营造良好的法制教育小环境,切实有效的开展法制教育；当今社会对劳动者法律意识、法律素质的要求等。
