新修订的《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》对进一步提高党员发展质量提出了新的要求。通过调查发现,大学生党员发展中还存在着入党动机不纯,发展标准不够具体,教育培训实效性不够强,党员管理服务不够到位等问题。从原因上看,既有社会因素和高校因素,又有个体原因。要构建大学生党员发展质量保障体系需要从4个方面入手,细化大学生党员发展标准,创新大学生党员发展环节,加强大学生党员教育培训,抓好大学生党员发展质量监督与反馈。
The newly revised Detailed Rules for the Work of Developing Party Members in the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements on further improving the quality of party members’ development. Through investigation, it is found that there are still some problems in the development of college student party members, such as the motivation to join the party is not pure, the development standard is not concrete enough, the effectiveness of education and training is not strong enough and the party member management service is not enough. From the point of view, there are social factors and university factors, as well as individual reasons. To build a quality guarantee system for college student party members needs to start from four aspects, to refine the standard of college student party members, innovate the development of college student party members, strengthen the education and training of college student party members, and do a good job of monitoring and feedbacking the quality of undergraduate student party members.
