论述在数字资源开发、保存、管理和利用过程中,图书馆起着不可替代的作用,其自身对数字资源的权益分享与权益保障值得关注。从图书馆数字资源权益分享与保障的重要意义入手,分析数字资源权益分享链中图书馆权益的主要内容,即资源权益、机构权益、读者权益;提出通过图书馆制度法制化、建立协调机制、遵循公益平等的原则等路径,以实现图书馆数字资源权益分享及权益保障。
