心肌缺血再灌注损伤已成为阻碍缺血心肌从再灌注治疗中获得最佳疗效的主要难题,其保护机制涉及多条信号转导通路,且存在相互交叉影响,许多药物及机械处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用是通过这些信号通路来实现的。蛋白激酶G(protein kinase G,PKG)及再灌注损伤挽救激酶(reperfusion injury salvage kinases,RISK)信号通路均有保护作用,但之间是否有联系尚不明确,现就二者对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其内在关系作一综述。
