新长工务段管内宁启复线电气化改造施工已全部完成、并正式运行200 km/h动车组列车,原既有正线91组固定道岔已全部更换为60 kg/m钢轨12号可动心轨提速改进型道岔,设计图号为GLC(06)01。学习和掌握新型道岔技术标准和养修方法十分必要,必须要深入现场调查研究,系统分析道岔病害原因,制定有效的整治措施,才能确保道岔状态稳定、设备优质。实践证明,经全面细致、精调后的提速道岔设备质量均衡,动态指标TQI控制在3.5以下,实现了道岔“零故障”目标,确保了行车安全运行。
