目的:在治疗乳腺良性病灶中应用麦默通乳腺微创旋切术的优势进行了分析;方法:应用回顾性分析法,在笔者所在医院从2014年至2016年两年内接受麦默通微创旋切术治疗的患者中选取出100例乳腺良性病灶患者,将其作为本次研究对象,对其手术状况、并发症以及所达到的美容效果与患者的满意度等情况进行了调查;结果:在所选取的100例患者中手术治疗均获得了成功;术中出血区间在10ml-80ml;平均手术时间为20min,所有患者术后均为出现任何形式的并发症,患者满意程度高达98.2%;并通过术后追访的一段时间后,仅有1例患者出现了复发;结论:在治疗乳腺良性病灶中,麦默通乳腺微创旋切术的实施能够有效的缩短手术时间,降低并发症的发生,同时还达到了一种良好的美容效果,因此获得了广大患者的满意,值得应用和推广。
Objective: In the treatment of benign breast lesions with Maomengtong breast minimally invasive biopsy advantage analysis; Methods: Retrospective analysis method, in the author’s hospital from 2014 to 2016 within two years of receiving memantine minimally invasive 100 patients with benign breast lesions were selected from patients who underwent revocation. And after a period of postoperative follow-up, only 1 patient had relapse; Conclusion: In the treatment of benign breast lesions, the implementation of Maomengtong breast minimally invasive polypectomy can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce complications The occurrence of the same time, also achieved a good cosmetic results, so get the satisfaction of the majority of patients, it is worth to apply and promote.
